Thank you for shopping at Grafikool. We take pride in the quality of our digital products and services. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Digital Products (Designs, Templates, Logos, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a file is downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will consider resolving issues in the following cases:

  • The product was not delivered (e.g., you did not receive a download link).
  • The product is materially different from what was described on the website.
  • There is a technical issue that prevents you from using the product and we are unable to resolve it.

If you believe your situation falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at contact@grafikool.com with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.

Custom Design Services

If you have booked custom graphic design services (logo design, branding packages, illustrations, etc.):

  • Refunds are not available once the project has commenced or if the initial concepts have been delivered.
  • If you cancel before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to an administrative fee.
  • Revisions will be handled as per the agreed scope of the project. Additional changes beyond the scope may incur extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may request cancellation of a custom service within 24 hours of placing the order, provided work has not started.
  • For digital products, cancellation is not possible once the file is delivered.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if applicable), please email us at contact@grafikool.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or attachments

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

No Refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Lack of knowledge on how to use the product
  • Accidental purchases
  • Services already completed or in progress
